This holiday season we are happy to offer “takeaway” catering to bring a bit of Cajun goodness to your table. Whether Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, New Year’s, or anything in between, we’d love to contribute something homemade and delicious to your gatherings with loved ones.
This family recipe highlights toasted pecans and sweet pineapple in a sphere of Cajun-spiced cream cheese. The ultimate holiday appetizer served with club crackers.

Nothing says cold weather or the holidays like a pot of gumbo. A longtime Bonne Terre favorite, our gumbo boasts a rich brown roux and highlights Louisiana’s native pantry.

APPLE PIE MOONSHINE
This homemade holiday tipple blends apple cider, Louisiana cane sugar, and cinnamon with local J.T. Meleck vodka and grain alcohol. This boozy homage to apple pie is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
